How This Started
My fitness routine started at a small gym near Sportstraat 72 in Amsterdam. It wasn't perfect, but it was approachable, affordable, and helped me stay consistent.
After that gym closed, I saw how rapidly the fitness scene in Netherlands was changing. New clubs opened, fresh concepts emerged, and marketing grew louder than the actual member experience.

When I review a fitness center, I typically:

What I Look For

Honest Membership Practices: Clear pricing, clear rules, and no unpleasant surprises.
